Micah Fesler is an avid outdoorsman and concerned environmentalist currently living with his wife Mila, son Pete and 2 dogs, Nanuq and Amabuq in Las Vegas, Nevada. Most at home in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and the Colorado Plateau, he spends his time hiking, backcountry skiing, and mountain biking the road less traveled. He has also spent significant time exploring Asia and the Pacific. When he is not experiencing and photographing the wonders of nature, he spends his time piloting the Air Force’s newest fighter aircraft, the F-22. This job has given him a unique perspective of the Earth that can only be gained from a perch 60,000 feet above its surface. Micah also spends considerable time waist deep in the waters of Montana, Idaho, and Alaska catching, and releasing, anything with gills.
